Make an appointment with the Eye Clinic at Community Health Free Clinic if you need:

• Care for eye disease, including diabetic eye disease
• Eyeglasses prescription
• Vision exam

Do I Need an Eye Exam?

If you have any of these problems, it’s a good idea to see any eye doctor:

• Decreased vision
• Draining or redness of your eye
• Eye pain
• Double vision

You are at higher risk of eye disease if you have diabetes.

Do you need glasses?

If you need new or replacement glasses we may be able to help.
